Hello everyone!!

I am spontaneously heading to Boston from tomorrow!!! Umm well not exactly so spontaneously, I was chosen to go and see what is it like in the US about pharmacy.

I am so excited!!

For that I wont be playing ROSE for 2 weeks, plus I wont be updating my blog until I come back. Not that I play much now, but just letting all of you know.

About ROSE, my main Cleric is doing her CG quest!! I am up to the point where I have to be in party to hunt elite monsters, but sadly, no one is able to party with me to get the profs... sad sad

Hello guys.

The server is currently down, so I thought I would have some update.

When I just came back to ROSE, my dearest Cleric was on Santa planet.

I had lots and lots and lots of snow crystals left, so I wanted to exchange them to Santa sets, so that I can disassemble them to refines....

I guess I have to save them for next Christmas... LOL

Oh yes, I did the Orlo quest...

I wanted to do it without seeing the guid, but I ended up giving up after 5 hours trying to find which monster drops which item... Figured out that I just didn't have enough charm.. haha

I noticed that it's faarrrr different from what I known as Orlo from jROSE, but who cares!! We finally have 4th planet!!

Desert... Oh so huge, and theres 3 maps that has name "Golden ring" and took me an other 2 hours to figure out that fact LOL!! I am so horrible with directions...

To start with, some SS from Oro.

I was inspired to write this from ROSE forum this thread.
The very first thread that GM/CM did not delete that talks about jROSE and how good they are.

To be honest, naROSE is... OK the customer service isn't that good but the game it self is not that bad.

What I like about jROSE is that they are very nice when they get emails.

Long time ago, I sent them emails about how I can play jROSE from New Zealand, then they replied very kindly saying something like "We are very sorry, but we are blocking IP from overseas, because blah blah..... Thanks for your interest!!". If I am to ask something like this to naROSE... I don't want to imagine what they are going to say....

It is true that they are adding alot of stuff. They now have 2nd job specific armors.

But.... those are like... They just changed the colours of current armors...

Any way, still, they are adding a lot of stuff (I heard it was buggy but I am not too sure if that is more than us).

Annnnnd.... This is how girl soldiers stand and sit now.

Aren't they cute?? The model is not a soldier but this is the only pic I could find....

I am talking about the stats changes of masks... Like.... I got those int6 glasses for about 1 year and half to 2 years, and I loved it. It had a little bonus charm stats and it was all good.

Now, it will have con stats instead and it will be con10 glasses!! What the....

OK, I can simply give it to my dealer. NP, but then it has int6 already... it used to worth few mil until yesterday and now it worth idk... Very few because I am sure everyone wants con stats on the glasses....

How sad... I drew this in like 1 min. How cool.... haha...haha...ha.....sigh....

Wow... 550 players... Lot of players. If ROSE removes 550 players from the game, how many players will we have?

Hello everyone!!

Did you enjoy your Christmas/New years holiday? I DIDN'T but I hope everyone else did so.

Well, on the Christmas day, I went out with my boyfriend. That is fine, I was very lucky to have someone to spend time with.

But the thing is.... We still had classes on the Christmas day (Holiday started on the 27th) and so we went out to have Okonomiyaki..... It is like eating MacDonald's kind junk food in Japan....

Well, so not many ppl were in the shop we went but the shop keeper started look annoyed after an hour we finished our food.... So we got out.... And went home.... ALONE!!

Then, we were spouse to meet again on the new year's eve, but then there was this stupid taxi driver killer (Still not caught) killed an other driver just few min away from my boyfriend's place, so we decided to stay home....

And we didn't see each other for an other week or so....

For that, I was playing ROSE for the whole time (Because all my other mates were either spending time with their bf.gf or family) and reached lvl 201 LOL!! I am kinda happy and sad at the same time.

Oh and on the new years day, I shouted "Happy new year!!" in Junon after the union war, then someone from other side of the world went "It's not new year yet you idiot!!" or something like that.... I usually take SS if something like that happens, but I didn't because I was so sick and tired of feeling upset.

Then some nice ppl came up and supported me, but then I was still feeling upset.... You know how you would feel something like sold a wand that worth 30mil for 3mil accidentally happens and you were planning so many stuff with the money you were gonna get like getting a license for CG and stuff.....

How I got over this upsetness (Is that even a word?? LOL) is this SS

Sorry I was kinda busy over the last few weeks.

Ne way, I play ROSE in the room without this modern technoligy called "Aircondition" and both me and my PC are dying... Actually PC has better adaptation to this climate than me... I was down with dizziness for about 4 days and so I couldn't play that much.

F2P is great isn't it? I was expecting to have more jerks and beggers to be there but not so many. I never came across one yet.

But I hate how the buffs are... It's really annoying when it comes to buffing in the area where you get debuffs from mobs and ppl u have to buff are constantly moving and.... OK, I am gonna be honest now. How can I power lvl someone if I cannot use cleric buffs on others??? LOL!!

Oh well, too bad, it is how it is now and I have to live with it.... At least int is back to affect buffs (by not much but still)

Some how I got to lvl 171 and I probably gonna reach lvl 175 until the game time expires.

I am usually OK with the R18 talks. Unless it goes up to the extreme. But this one, got me really badly.

I was farming with one of the new clanmate in Marsh. This is the conversation.

We were just talking like this. And all the sudden (Straight after this line), he asked me have I tried something called "Blow skin". I asked him what it is and this is what he said. (I thought I took SS of this part but I missed it)
No comment. Actually I do have comments but a wise friend once told me that if I don't have any positive things to say, then STFU.

Just lost an other friend (Yes. Not the only one) for explaining the Newton's three laws.

I hate Apples!! Why did an apple fall on top of Newton's head that day..... WTF. If it didn't fall, no body will realise that there is such thing gravity. No Nuclear war, no rockets... No losing friends!! A lot of ppl would be saved. We could still wonder why birds can fly and all that.

I am feeling a bit better today so I am going to post some ss that I took yesterday.

I was mostly in prison, doing the "runner" thing so I did not get a chance to take any ss today ^^

Today was a such day. I went to prison and lvled twice XD Now I am lvl 163!! Maxed buff!!
The annoying this was that the ROSE did not provide me automatic resets of skills, so I had to go and buy those skill resets from the item mall... Isn't that unfair??

Apart from that, I love each and every single of ROSE; each places, mobs, even ksers and pkers reminded me of good times. Oh don't make me addicted again please!! XD

Ne way, I went to the day care center I was talking abt yesterday.

Those kids are full of joyfulness and I really enjoyed playing with them today!!
I am going there again tomorrow. I am not sure if this time I will get pay or not but I don't really mind if it is just for fun; it is fun!!

But there are too few kids there. I think there were like 10 of them. But for that, there are like 4 staff members looking after them. Isn't that too much?? Am I really needed?? Umm

Well I better head to bed now. Need a lot of energy to play with kids!!

Oh about ROSE, I might start playing on NA server when I get paid for a while. Just to see what is improving and if I like it, I will be there for as long as the server lasts ^^

Just found out that my brb message on the ROSE forum got frozen.

OK, I clearly said that I was only leaving for a while, and just wanted to tell ppl that I will be away.

It was not a "Damn you ROSE!! Your skill system suck!! and refine, class distribution and crafting suck!! You don't even have proper dev team and no useful update for months now!! I'm leaving!!" kinda message.

It was justa nice message that I will miss ROSE and how I would love to come back.

Disappointed is all I can say.

OK, so they pulled out a little booklet that says the role of God and stuff (As usual)

Well, myself, I never PKed unless I was attacked. I find them alright now since they have nothing better to do.... Poor ppl.

Ne way, I would like to talk about some annoying ppl in RL.

As many ppl know I am having exams soon, I was studying in library. It wasn't quite in side the library; it was in the same building but out of library (Sorry I can't really explain lol) So we can talk a little.

I was studying and all the sudden there were 2 girls standing by our table said...

Girls: Hello, I'm XXXX (Can't remember the name) and this is OOOO(more like I dun remember). We are ****** (Some christian group name). Could we please have a moment to tell you about god??

Why do they chose those ppl look soooo Innocent and nice so we can't say "no"????

OK, Umm first of all, I am a christian (surprised??) but I stopped going to churches because of many reasons...

1. If god really exists, why are there still many ppl out there starving?? And why can't non Christians go to heaven??
-This is an alternative question for non Christians. And yet, there is no "good answer" to it. I was told once "Because in past those ppl have sinned". I would say "Did THEY sinned??" I am sure those kids in Africa have done nothing wrong.... Why should they die?? Where is god??
And I am sure that there are many ppl who are living as really really good person; way better than us. But the bible said that a person must be connected to Jesus to be able to go to heaven.
I am sure god is not that unfair make good ppl send to heaven.... No no...

2.I do not believe that god created creatures.
-Well, for this, I have my own solution. I believe that god contributed to the evolution of creatures, but he didn't create them. Here both Daｒwin and Bible storys can be explained.

3. If god really cares about us, why did he send you guys when we are seriously trying to study??
-Alternative. Why?

Level requirement for weapons

My cleric will survive, she will be perfectly sweet because she is lvl 160 and oro wand is gonna be for lvl 145.

The problem is.... My little Arti... She is only lvl 105 and her shock impact gun is going to be for lvl 145 as well....

I mean, I'm sure it will balance the game but..... If I am a person who quited long ago with lvl 100 chrs with highest lvl weapon, I'm sure I don't want to come back to the game.....

I mean.... OH... Gosh... Are they mad or something?? Can't they just make it like we get to keep the ones we have already or something?? My goodness, I have to buy or craft new gun and it's like.... OMG....

Sorry I don't know how to express this feeling....

But look out to the bright side, it will be cool for my dealer who can only craft low lvl weapons.

At the moment, they are justa useless material waster, but it's gonna worth something when the update is completed.

Umm but I doubt that this update is going to attract ex players much....

Phew... Finally, a post for my little artisan's story.

It was kinda long time to lvl her to this.... But she made it!!

Ne way, when I started to lvl her from study leave, I thought it was going to be long hard boring work like most of you know how it is like to be when you solo...

Go town, "cud you plz buff me??", walk to dod, kill till buff goes, go back to town, "cud you plz buff me??", walk to dod.......

BOOOOOORING!!!!

Ever since my best friend stopped playing ROSE, I wasn't really excited lvling.

Ne way, that changed when my old clan master logged in and I suddenly I came up with an idea "Hey, how is he doing now??" So I asked him how he is.

Surprise surprise, he had lvl 90 mage and his friend. So, he said we could lvl together!! That time my little DealerClaire was lvl 96.

Sure I agree to lvl with him and things started to go around little more faster than I expected.

Well, him and his friend has Clerics. And as many of you know, my main is a cleric too. So we took turn to buff each other (Mostly I was on with my dealer though lol).

This sort of members.

And we were happy together lvling lvling lvling.......

here she is!! Reached lvl 100!!

It was taking me 3 weeks to lvl 1, I took like 4 days to reach 100 after I met them!! LOL

Oh yes, the job quest. I went to take the quest as soon as I reached 100.

OK, it was kinda late. Actually it was early in the morning lol

I.... kinda.... fall asleep and.... I don't really remember what was going on.

I checked the MSN log and I sort of figured out that I was complaining about the Supreme monster spawn and how I don't get the quest item so easily....

Somehow, I remembered to take a photo. Only this.

Umm, I sort of remember that my friend pm me that he hit his head or something.... Honestly, I don't remember....

But in the morning I realised that it wasn't a dream that she reached 100 and.....

Tada!!! New Artisan was born!!

It was my goal to make 2 chrs with 2nd job, because when iROSE closed, I had lvl 68 hawker and I was soooooo mad that he didn't make it to 2nd job.... (In old ROSE, you only needed to be lvl 70 to take 2nd job).

Now she is lvl 103. Keep lvling till she gets to craft something nice!!!

Is this something you do for fun, or only if you get paid?

I have been looking for a Japanese to English Translator for a video game translation that I have been working on for 7 years, I have most of the hacking done, but my 2 translators have since disappeared or moved on to more recent projects.

I have the script extracted, but was only able to do so much with free online translators, suh as babblefish and a couple others.

If interested, please let me know, as I would love to finally get this game translated.

Hello guys. Playing ROSE?? Well, I got really bored with the game (finally) and I'm kinda on and off (Heaps of dc annoys me too).

Well well, when I do play ROSE, there are ppl who are very unfriendly there....

First of all, I would like to mention that I do not PK, unless the person hits me first.

My policy. It's like I buff ppl when they find out that I am a Cleric with my staff. (and ppl do notice lol).

Ne way, For me, I think the best ever place for lvl 90's to lvl is to get buffed and fight giant antares. they give u almost 9k exp each time, and it's usually not taken like scavengers are taken all the time.

So, I went there with my Dealer as usual. Then....

Got Pked. By a Cleric.

LOL. From a person who I lvled together in good old gmg....

Ne way, I noticed that he is lower lvl than my Cleric, so I have decided to go there and at least tell that guy that I am the one who lvled together back in gmg.

And I did. He noticed and said sorry to me. Good. The hhe said....

Yeah so he wasn't intend to kill me for real.

But I'm sure he made so many ppl angry killing them just after entering dod.

As many ppl know of, I love to watch ppl fighting, and the Cleric agreed not to attack me again, so I entered dod to see what ppl he annoyed are up to.

OK, I went there with my Cleric, and I forgot to bring my staff lol. Many ppl ask me to buff them.

There's this Dealer who wanted buff, he hit me for fun when we entered dod. So I hit him back "for fun only" and "once only". He was around about same lvl as my Dealer, So for sure he did like 500 dmg and i did 10 times more.

Then he got killed by the Cleric who were PKing.

Apparently, the Dealer was belonging to a lvl 19x Mage. And the Mage started to attack not only the Cleric who were PKing but ME.

Hehe... I'm sure... I hit his Dealer ONCE. If I wanted to kill that Dealer, I could have done it in 2 more shots.

Poor little Claire the Cleric.... She was killed for 3 times in a row...

As a conclusion, I think dod is a good place for lvling, but also a good place to make new enemies.

More and more ppl on my "No buff list"..... (Not that I'm the only Cleric in ROSE)

Hello. I suspect that the rest of the world is kicking and screaming to the summer going to end soon....

Last week, I heard that if you are lvl 90s, then you don't get harmed in underground prison, so I went there with my dealer to check out the fact.

I didn't die in prison, but I nearly died on the way there LOL

Duh... half the def I have on my Cleric... and umm justa little lower ap than my cleric LOL

Clan PVP ay... Sounds interesting!! I want to enter!!

However... There are some problems before we can enter this competition.

1. The master: I'm sure he doesn't want to enter. At least he will say "No" for the first time I tell him that I want to enter.

2. Class distribution: From the forum it says that

We will need each character name that will be competing on your team. Member #, Name of Character, Class of Character 1., _______________, Soldier / Knight / Champion 2., _______________, Muse / Cleric / Mage 3., _______________, Dealer / Artisan / Bourgeois 4., _______________, Hawker / Raider / Scout 5., _______________, (_____class______) Your Clan Name: And the group you are signing up for: Group A, Group B, Group C, Group D The 5th team member cannot be the same 2nd class as one already chosen. (Example: If you have a Knight selected for your Soldier spot, you cannot enter another Knight. A Champion would be allowed.) Because Group D is made up of 1st class characters, it will be allowed to have a duplicate 1st class in the 5th slot.

As some of you noticed, I went back to Japan for the holiday. And I was lucky enough to sit in business class!!!

I will post some of the photo I took on the plane.

This is the seat. And my pass port in the middle. What's good about this seat is that, you don't have to change the angle of your seat when the plane is take off and landing, where economy class seats need to be at the first position when take off and landing.

Package of tooth brush and socks and slippers!! I still use the slippers after showering lol

TV!! It was a bit complicated to use... But I was still be able to watch the movie I wanted to watch, so it was all good.

There. I didn't write much over the past few posts, and I suddenly wrote heaps... My fingers hurts....

Oh one last thing. I'm thinking of changing the address of this blog, but I probably discuss it later... My fingers hurt!!!

Haven't been playing ROSE for a while; I was into an other game... Drop rate change doesn't really attract me much now.

So, what game I was playing?? Flyff!!!

Its kinda cool game for a free to play game, this gonna substitute ROSE after something happens to it lol (Touch wooood!!!)

Tada~~ Merry meet xXxClairexXx the assist!! and a mob called NyangNyang next to me and she is sooooooo cute!!

The graphic is not as good as ROSE but there are many weapons and clothings that you can chose for same lvl, unlike ROSE you can only wear samething for that particular lvl (unlless u go for the common look in low lvls).

For ROSE... dah... better quit playing Flyff and lvl my dealer or cleric...

The goals for my ROSE characters

xXxClairexXx -> to reach lvl 160 and wear Dimple and show off in town.

DealerClaire -> to reach lvl 100 so she can craft something decent.

Hello guys.

You maybe have noticed or heard from me that I'm still in Japan... Yeah... I didn't make it on the flight back to New Zealand, I was in hospital taking drip infusion and things... I felt horrible!!

But thanks to all those sent me "Get well soon" message, I am fine now and packing my bags again to prepare my way back to New Zealand on the 16th this month!! (Missing school for a week haa haa)

Ne ways, few days ago, I was chilling out in Junon with Fullchaaaaa (how many "a"s in it??) crafting, vending and chatting.

Then, a guy who was selling Elven fancy sky came to talk to us.

He was selling the fancy for 700k.

OK, if that is a pre evo fancy, then that's kinda good deal, but he was selling lvl 35 fancy with no useful stats. I will ignore it even if it's set at auto price.

For sure we said "No"

Guess what he said to us??

Experiment report

Recently I had a question on "What does MP consumption stats on wands do" from my "Friend", and he didn't believe in what I have explained to him, so here are some SS to prove what I said!!

MP consumption stats is to reduce your MP use in casting spells.

Here is an example of that.

With wand, my MP use to cast Mana flame is this.

This is when I don't equip wand.

My wand has MP consumption 19%

Muhahaha!! Umm but I'm not sure what is wrong with your wand though. Must be the pre evo effect.... Stats are messed with pre evo stuff.

Hello. How are you guys doing? This post has got not much to do with ROSE.

How do personal informations treated in your country? In japan, if a company obtain any personal information such as address, phone numbers, must kept secret and extra copies of them must be destroyed.

Today, there was a phone call. The lady on the phone said that she was working for an Internet provider (let's call it O) and she was advertising stuff to my mother who picked up the phone.

We use an other Internet provider (say we call it Y) and they lady on the phone claimed that their provider is cheaper and faster.

I think she was talking to my mother for 30 min... My mother was keep telling her that she will get back to them when she talks to me, but the lady on the phone did not listen to my mother, and keep asking her if it's ok to change it next week and asking her when will I be available.

2 points here:

I was listening to their conversation from the beginning and my mother did not tell the lady on the phone that we are using provider Y, but the lady seem to knew about that already. Why?

She was very sure that her provider was cheaper than the plan we are using. There are heaps of pricing options in the provider we use now; how did she know her provider is cheaper??

From those information, I figured that she is not working for provider O, if so, knowing the provider we use is illegal, and we could sue the company for leaking out the informations like this.

So I hang up the phone, then the lady tried to call us back 4 times... Dah... lol

So I picked up the phone and went....

Oh sorry we don't want to change now!! Bye!! *hang up*

Refine system

jROSE made special bin and tali for item mall item refines!!

They look something like those.

Plus, they changed the system of wings and back armors (but not bags for now) to be able to refine, so don't sell you wings!!! I'll buy them all lol

The item mall refine will never result in losing the item, but from 4th refine, the refine grade will reduce randomly.

The update will be available from today's mainte (jROSE only!!)

They also updated the drop system like naROSE now, so I wish we will get the same update as jROSE got... It will be cool!!

Just an other news while the naROSE official site is down... what is going on???

Hey guys, Have you being playing ROSE last few days?

It's crazy right??

OK, what I heard was increase in drop rate from last maintenance, and I thought it will be like very small changes. Like last time we had double rate increase in drop rate (which most of us found very useless and felt no difference)

So I went to check that out. In ROSE actually FIGHTING for the first time in last 50 yrs.

When I logged in, I was in the middle of Junon, and I walked to the weapon seller to fix my stuff first.

Then, Heaps and heaps of ppl came to ask me for buffs; I regret that I wasn't walking around with my staff lol

It was like that for 5 min or something.... Took long time just to fix my shoes lol But wow, this many ppl are off to hint for drops?? Means it worth going to hunt??? Excited!!

I wanted SS earth, because I had cliff necklace and ring, but no earring.

3 mobs later

Oh LOL. Sweet. They did increase a bit of drop rate.

30 min later. Under the pink line is what I got in first 20 min (Or less)

Hehehe.... Enough.... Please.... I came back town because I had no more space...

For those who didn't spend much time and money on equipments and crafting will find this happy but annoying a little only; for those who refined the wand to 5th and sloted with 8mil drill and bought t3 at 25mil will find this change VERY VERY ANNOYING!!! (Ops did I talk about my self?? lol)

Do you know this song?? It's one of my favourite song by westlife. (lyrics is here) This song has a little bit of memory with me and my ex boyfriend; who was the person who introduced me to ROSE. We broke up just after iROSE closed, and I think he doesn't even know that there is North American server... Good old days... It was a little moment of happiness.

The happiness was revived, when I met alot of new friends in naROSE, had alot of fun, good memories, laughed in front of my pc alone in my room.... All of them worth more than grade 7 dazzling diamond.

But.. I don't know.. The destiny?? Me and ROSE are like a one shot of firework, after the fun moment, it goes away and never comes back again....

I think a lot of you are thinking of leaving ROSE... Seriously, I can write faith an email; ask them to take over naROSE if language is the only problem.

It's like a bad cycle, ppl leave ROSE, ROSE become less interesting, more ppl leave coz it's less interesting..... so on so on...

For me, this is the first MMORPG that I felt that I wanted to stick till the end. Plus I have lots of memories in it. I love this game and it will not change forever.

But I also would like to see some actions here... like it has been nearly 2 months since gravity ave up on ROSE and moved on to something else... (which I personally think stupid because they developed it till so nicely and just left like that) and we still haven't got any one who is willing to take over naROSE.

When they announced for the first time that we lost gravity, I thought we will find some one soon who is willing to take over us, but now I'm a bit insecure...

Well, if you go there, I'm sure you will come across with those ppl who only there to kill kings. We call them ZS (Zullie sellers) even if they don't sell zullies for real.

Any way, today I was shopping in xita. Then a Scout came to me and asked for buffs.

As a NICE cleric of me, buffed him with my int set and went back to shopping. Then...

I just went to jROSE official site and they are reviving old ROSE for 7 days.

They mentioned something like they are going to make a special server to see what jROSE players want and all that, so this must be something to do with it.

But it's only for 7 days, and after that everything will be reset.... so... um, just for fun.. I wouldn't play it if I could play it... I would rather lvl my cleric... hehe

This time, I have randomly decided to ask Fullchaaaaa to craft me an angel wings, since I had enough little angel feathers to do so.

For that, we needed a little angel wings. And I was also told that the pre evo wings don't work to craft an angel wings.

So I have decided to buy one.

Did that like 100 times but got no PM (As usual again), so I was chilling out in junon (as usual).

Then there was a shout.

Woow thats a bargain!! But the girl I was chilling out with didn't think that it is good enough so she shouted.

Sure thing, I wanted a 5th bind to refine my dealer stuff.

So I asked her how many she has 5th bind, she said there's only one.

Clan Unchangeable drinking party

There is a drinking party held on the 18th May. (Time to be announced)

This is for one of our clan member's birthday party but it is not called birthday party because I am pretty sure that the person in question is not going to join us (I'm sure he will have better things to do lol)

So

We have (at least I have) decided to have a drinking party without him.

To be honest, I just wanted to have drink

To be eligible for joining, you need to be at the drinking age of your country and must be able to come online (doesn't have to be ROSE but it will be better if it is) when others are drinking.

This is bring your own party, therefore no drinks will be provided by the host (duh).
